一种高性能CMOS集成运算放大器的研究与设计

摘    要:利用微机电技术,使用0.18微米的CMOS工艺,实现了一种新型的全差分结构低噪声运算放大器,供电电压是1.8V。输入级采用PMOS套筒式共源共栅放大电路、共源电路作为中间级,设计的电路减少了运放内部器件噪声及电源串扰噪声的干扰。最后,对电路的直流增益、相位裕度及输出噪声等做了较详细的分析,针对电路使用Cadance的IC5033在SUN工作站上全面仿真,显示在1KHz处的参考噪声可达6nHz左右,达到了预期目标。

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology ,operational amplifier has been used widely in different fields,such as A/D and D/A converters,active filters and so on. This paper implements a new low- noise op-amp of fully differential structure,using MEMS and CMOS technology of 0. 18 micron,whose power supply is 1.8V. Using PMOS telescopic cascode amplifying circuitas as input and a common-source circuit as the middle stage,the designed circuit reduced noise of device and power crosstalk inside the op amp. In the end,the paper analysze; the DC gain, phase margin and output noise of the circuit in detail. For circuit,we have used. Cadance of IC5033 to simulate comprehensively,the result shows that the reference noise at 1KHz can be up to about 6nV v/Hz,which is used achieved the expected goals.
