论战略联盟中加盟企业自身核心竞争力的保护

摘    要:从对加盟企业的投入与期望产出的分析入手 ,战略联盟与核心竞争力之间其实存在着一个不容忽视的二难困境———加盟企业以其自身的核心竞争力投入战略联盟 ,从中受益的同时 ,也有可能因盟友的学习而丧失其竞争优势 ,因而提出加盟企业自身核心竞争力的保护问题。对此 ,作者建议 :以战略联盟形态划分和核心竞争力的分类为基础 ,进行二者的恰当匹配 ,并尽量避免涉足不适宜匹配的领域 ,从根本上消除对立 ;同时 ,在观念上处理好联盟虚拟优势与企业自身优势、静态优势观与动态优势观之间的关系

Abstract:By way of analyzing allied enterprise's input and expected output, the article points out there is a paradox that can't be ignored between them--the profitability of strategic alliance and the loss of the enterprise's own strengths which caused by partners' learning. About this, the author suggests that we should select proper match between them based the classification of strategic alliance and core competence, avoiding unmatched areas, and thus eliminate the paradox radically. Meanwhile we should deal with the relations: between virtual strengths and enterprise's own strengths, between static strengths and dynamic strengths.
