中国NGO社会责任及实现模式

社会责任是NGO本身应有之意,但落实需要具备一定的条件,社会责任的承担和自身的能力建设是互为表里的,脱离现实过分强调组织的社会责任会影响组织发展。根据NGO社会责任的三个层次及其相互关系,NGO社会责任在中国有三大实现模式:一是NGO牵头,其它部门联动;一是政府支持,NGO组织实施;一是企业支持,NGO组织实施。由此可见中国NGO的自主力量较为薄弱,因此目前中国NGO社会责任的实现应该以联合为主。

Realization Model for Social Responsibility in China's NGO

The social responsibility is the meaning NGO should have in itself,but the implementation of this social responsibility requires certain conditions. Laying too much emphasis on the social responsibility of organizations will affect organizations development. This paper,according to Chinese NGO social responsibility and relationship between three levels,has summed up the practice of several models,and its author thinks that in the current realization of social responsibility,NGO should be the main joint.
