| 摘 要： | 高校学报在编辑过程中采用的三级审稿制因在可操作性上存在缺陷,需要对前期审查进行更新,同时必须引入编辑后的审读作为补充,建立层层监督、逐级追究的新的审稿管理办法,才可以保证审稿的质量,从而保证学报的质量。
