规避资本市场风险推进高等教育产业

高等教育产业进军资本市场既是高等教育产业自身的内在逻辑要求,也是新经济发展的需要,成为一种历史的选择.但是高等教育产业具有特殊性,在我国条件不成熟的情况下假定完全纳入资本市场会产生教育产权风险、国债风险以及教育质量风险.因此,我国高等教育产业进军资本市场,要在现有的结合现状基础上,按照高等教育产业的特殊性要求,有计划有重点地推动高等教育产业与资本市场接轨,同时要把握两大战略重点:一是组建高校上市公司,促进高校科研成果的产业化;一是通过产权重组,促使部分公办、民办高校进军资本市场,加快高等教育大众化的进程.

Avoiding Risks of Capital Market and Promoting Industry of Higher Education

The industry of higher education's entry into capital market is not only the internal logical demand by itself, but also the need for the development of the new economy, which has been turned into a historical choice. But higher education industry is so special, that there are educational asset risks, national bonds risks and educational quality risks if it comes into the capital market completely under such an immature situation in China. Therefore, we promote higher education industry to go to capital market with emphasis on the present situation and in line with the particularity of higher education industry. We also grasp two strategic points, one of which is to set up listed companies of higher education in the market and promote scientific achievements industrialization, and the other is to propel some public or private colleges and universities into the market by rearranging assets to quicken the popularization of higher education.
