文化创新与构建有中国特色新文化体系

2007年中共“十七大报告”提出了“文化大发展大繁荣”的目标以及文化创新的任务。作者提出了文化创新的目标是“建设具有中国特色的社会主义新文化体系”，文化创新的具体途径是文化观念的创新、文化战略的创新、文化内容的创新、文化管理的创新、文化环境的创新、文化人才的创新等观点；并论述了文化创新与文化繁荣、构建创新型国家、发展文化生产力、提升国家软实力、增强改革活力和动力的内在联系。

Cultural Innovation and Construction of New Cultural System with Chinese Characteristics

The objective of ＂great cultural development and prosperity＂, as well as the task of the cultural innovation were put forward in Report of the 17th National People＇s Congress in 2007.The author points out that the goal of the cultural innovation is ＂building socialist new cultural system with Chinese characteristics,＂ and the specific ways of cultural innovation are the innovation of cultural concept, cultural strategy, cultural content, cultural management, cultural environment, and cultural talents, and so on, and discusses the intrinsical link between cultural innovation and cultural prosperity, building innovation-oriented country, developing productivity of the culture, developing national soft strength, strengthening vitality and dynamism of the reform.
