| 摘 要： | 就目前商品房市场中毛坯房和全装修房并存,全装修房推广进程缓慢的现象,对毛坯房的产生和推广全装修房中出现的问题,进行了多方面的分析论证,指出开发商愿意提供和部分消费者乐于接受毛坯房、装修行业不规范、产品质量难以保证、装饰材料市场管理混乱等问题是阻碍全装修房发展的主要原因。

Analysis on the Reasons of Slowness of the Development for the Fully Decorated Housing |

| Abstract: | In current commodity house market, undecorated houses and fully decorated houses coexist, the former is larger than the later in quantity. In this paper, we analyze the reasons of the slowness of the Development for the fully decorated houses and the problems about undecorated houses, and then point out houses development companies well to offer undecorated houses and some consumer will buy undecorated houses. Nonstandard of the decoration industries, poor product quality, and the mess of decoration material market, are all major reasons, which hinder the development of the fully decorated house. |
