| 摘 要： | 应急咨询是应急决策科学、可靠的重要保证.美国是应急咨询机构设置的先行者,也是应急咨询机构最为完善的国家之一.客观地比较和分析了中美政府应急咨询机构的组织结构、人员配置、运行机制,并找出了我国应急咨询机构的自身优势和差距,进而为我国政府应急咨询机构的完善、应急咨询水平的提高提出了有益的建议.
