| 摘 要： | 伴随着全世界低碳经济的发展,碳金融作为其市场化的重要组成部分在世界经济中扮演了越来越重要的角色。各国政府为发展本国的碳金融,竞相出台了一些支持政策。中国作为碳排放总量和碳减排总量大国,碳金融建设尤为重要,而现阶段我国支持碳金融发展的政策领域还有很多空白。发达国家制定的碳金融政策,为我们提供了借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of the world low-carbon economy,the carbon finance,as a very important part of world economy,has played more important role.Governments take some supporting policies towards developing it.China,as a big country which has one of the largest carbon emission,needs a serious carbon finance supporting policies.The supporting policies of carbon finance in developed countries,concerning legislations,attending to carbon emission market,establishing carbon trade platform,can be adopted by China. |
