日本基础教育中的教师教育改革:经验与启示

摘    要:21世纪以来,日本不断推进教师教育改革,以适应其以培养学生生存能力为目标的教育改革的需要。日本教师教育改革的经验包括:在目标上适应时代要求确立教师教育目标;在管理制度上打破教师资格终身制,实行弹性教师资格更新制度;在课程设置上构建教师教育一体化课程体系;在培训机构上以大学为依托开展教师教育。日本教师教育改革对我国的启示在于:确立教师教育目标应体现时代特点;教师资格管理应由终身制向更新制转变;完善教师教育一体化课程体系。
