| 摘 要： | 辽宁省非物质文化遗产十分丰富,但面临着知名度低、艺术水平下滑、缺少资金、没有市场、传承艰难等困境。当代社会流行艺术的冲击、保护意识薄弱、法律法规不健全,尤其是经济结构的变化,是造成非物质文化遗产边缘化的原因。辽宁省非物质文化遗产的文化产业培育策略,是一个应该给予高度重视的重大课题,推近辽宁省非物质文化遗产的文化产业应从五个方面来实施:加强传播和宣传体系的建构;重视非物质文化遗产传承人才培养;促进非物质文化遗产的学术研究;综合开发非物质文化遗产的衍生品;寻求法律保障与政策扶植。
