| 摘 要： | 《不让一个孩子掉队》法案对高质量教师的要求促使美国中学教师培养进行改革。本文概述了美国在中学教师培养目标、课程结构和培养模式等方面的改革,阐明了其特点,并提出了对我国中学教师培养的启示。
