中药浴足预防下肢深静脉血栓的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨中药浴足对预防术后下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法自2010年7月~2012年12月,收集60例在本院接受关节置换或关节镜术的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予术后皮下注射低分子肝素钙抗凝联合康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用中药浴足,行双下肢血管彩色多普勒超声,观察两组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,并观察术后引流袋引流量。结果治疗组发生下肢深静脉血栓5例(发生率16.67%),对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓7例(发生率23.33%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组引流血量335.3±47.4ml,对照组引流血量347.4±40.8ml,两组引流量差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论中药浴足对下肢静脉血栓有一定的预防效果,且安全无副作用。

The effect of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of deep vein thrombosis

Abstract:Objectives To explore the effect of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of deep vein thrombo-sis.Methods 60 cases,recieved joint replacement or arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2010 to December 2012 ,were randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group of 30 patients respectively.Patients in the control group received sub-cutaneous low molecular heparin calcium and rehabilitation training, experimental group received foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine in addition to control group treatments.Record the incidence rate of LDVT by receiving lower extremity vascular ultrasonog-raphy,as well as the bleeding volume.Results The experimental group had five cases of LDVT(16.67%),while control group of 7 patients (23.33% ),the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Bleeding volume in experimental group is 335.3 ± 47.4ml,control group 347.4 ±40.8ml,the differrence was no significant difference (P〉0.05).Conclusions Foot bath with tra-ditional Chinese medicine has certain effect on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis,and safe with no side effects.
