| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实党中央的西部大开发战略,需要研究许多理论问题.我们不妨将若干基本问题归结为"4W"问题,即:西部有什么可以开发?西部值不值得开发?到西部开发什么?怎样开发西部?借助"4W"问题的探析,能使我们把对大开发战略的研究逐步引向深入.

| Abstract: | We should answer many theoretical questions in carrying out the Party's strategy of the Western development. Here, let's classify the questions into four main big ones, as called 4 W questions. They are: What can be developed in the West? Whether is the West worth developing? What is to be developed in the West? How is the West developed? The research of the 4W questions can help us further the research of the strategy for the development of the West. |
