低碳城市社区参与的国际经验简

对伦敦、哥本哈根、库里蒂巴三个著名的世界“低碳城市”建设案例分析表明，公共交通、社区组织和市政支持是确保“低碳城市”建设得以成功和可持续发展的重要环节，其中尤以社区居民能够自觉接纳“低碳”理念．积极进行社区参与建设最为关键。国外先进的“低碳城市”建设理念和经验对我国当下方兴未艾的城市低碳建设具有重要的借鉴意义和作用。

The International Experience of the Community Participation of Low-carbon City

The analysies of the construction cases of three advanced global low-carbon cities concerning London, Copenhagen and Curitiba state that public transportation, community organization and municipal support are the crucial sections to ensure sustainable process of low-carbon strategy, among which citizens＇ consciously accepting low-carbon idea as well as actively participating in the community development have been perceived as top priorities. Foreign advanced idea and experience of ＂low-carbon city＂ construction is of utmost reference and importance to the booming city low-carbon construction in China.
