摘    要:在新的形势下,增强高校"两课"教育教学的针对性和实效性,必须遵循邓小平同志提出的"学马列要精,要管用"的原则,以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,总结"两课"教育教学经验和教学改革取得的新成果,整合"两课"教学内容,建构"两课"课程新体系,完善多元开放型教学模式,实现教学理念、教学空间、方法、手段以及考评机制的转变.

Abstract:Under the new circumstance, in order to boost up the pertinence and practical effect of "the two classes" education and teaching in the college and university, we must, on the basis of the principle of proficiently learning the Marxism which is put forward by Deng Xiaoping with the aim of practicality and at the guidance of the three representatives, summarize the experience of "the two classes" education and teaching and the new production of teaching reform, conform the content of "the two classes" teaching, build up the new system of "the two classes" to realize the transformation of teaching notions,space, methods, measures, exams and judgment mechanism.
