山西高校“十五”科技经费及成果转化统计分析

山西高校"十五"科技总经费以政府投入为主,纵向基本呈递增趋势;研究与发展经费年年递增.但与中部兄弟省份相比,高校科技经费仍存在较大缺口,研发经费结构不合理,特别是试验发展经费比例太低.加之企事业单位投资主体作用不强,因而签订技术转让合同少,专利申请、授权、出售都低于全国平均水平.

The Statistic Analysis of Science and Technology Expenses and Achievements Transformation of Shanxi Universities and Colleges in "the tenth five-years"

Government is the main investor of Shanxi universities in "the Tenth five-years".This paper points put that the expenses present vertical increase;R&D expenses increase yearly.Compared with the provinces of middle part of our country,however,there is a great gap in expenses.The structure of R&D expenses is irrational;the percent of experimental development expenses is too low;the principal body effect of business is weak,all of which result in the few technology transfer contracts.Furthermore,patent application,authorization and sale of our province are lower than the average level of the country.
