| 摘 要： | 要确立中国特色社会主义市场经济条件下科学规范的政府行为应有的特征 ,关键在于确定政府的经济职能。在既定的经济职能上 ,借鉴发达国家科学规范的政府行为形成的理论体系 ,提出适合我国国情的科学规范的政府行为有八个特征。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the character of standard government's action under the condition of market economy of socialism with the Chinese characteristics,the key lies in establishment of economic function of governments.Based on the fixed economic function,this paper puts forward eight characters of scientific and standard government's actiion which is suitable with China's situation through learning the theoretical system formed by scientific and standard goverments' action in developed countries. |
