| 摘 要： | 可持续发展既是一种新的发展理论 ,也是一种新的发展战略。要实现中国的可持续发展 ,必须充分认识制约中国可持续发展的障碍因素 ,并有效地加以排除。制约中国可持续发展的障碍因素主要有人口问题、生态环境问题和资源问题。而造成这些问题的深刻原因则在于人自己迷失了发展的方向 ,在于人的认识及其指导下的决策和行为上的失误。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development is not only a new kind of developmental theory,but also a new kind of developmental strategy.In order to accomplish China sustainable development,we must fully understand the obstructive elements of restricting China sustainable development and effectively clear away.The obstructive elements of restricting China sustainable development include the population,ecology and resource problems.It is the profound causes of these questions that man lost the developmental way and the cognition lead to mistakes for decision and behavior. |
