| 摘 要： | 分析了实验教学创新的背景,提出了实验队伍创新的内容与途径,认为实验教学创新离不开一支高素质、能力强、懂技术、善管理、乐于奉献、勇于创新的实验队伍。因此,稳定实验队伍,、提高素质、调动积极性是实验教学创新的源泉。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the background of innovation in experiment instruction and discusses the new contents and approaches of innovation.It argues that innovation in experiment instruction has to rely on the formation of a competent team of laboratory technicians who are accomplished in experiment skills and good at management,with professional dedication and courage to make innovation.Therefore,the cultivation of such a team is the source of innovation in experiment instruction. |
