| 摘 要： | 位于华北腹地的晋冀鲁豫抗日根据地历来是灾荒频繁的地区,抗战时期更遭受了严重的水旱灾害及其它自然灾害。边区军民在中国共产党的领导下,大力兴修水利,促进了农业发展,从而战胜了灾荒,巩固了抗日根据地。

| Abstract: | For the gravel foundation pouring piles,the construction quality defects have these phenomenon, such as hole collapse during digging the piles＇ hole or concrete poured, hole tilting, neekle shrinked, holes in the piles, steel cage floating up, the cod of the piles rotten,the causcs of forming these defects were analyzed, and some corresponding defending measures were put forward. These meaaures not only can avoid causing upper engineering problems,but also can provid some reference for the similar engineerings. |
