| Abstract: | The Yangtze River along with the Huang He,is the cradle of Chinese nation.The moving toward south of centers of economy,culture and talented personnel determines the inevitability,necessity,possibility and urgency of moving China's capital to the South.The new capital is to be located in the midde reaches of the Yangtze. |
