| 摘 要： | 普通话测试员心理素质状况直接影响测试结果的客观性，必须关注由测试员心理因素导致的测试评判“软标准”。通过研究测试员心理特点，分析影响测试结果的心理因素如感知觉、注意力、情感、性格等方面的特点，探讨如何避免“软标准”导致的评分失误。

| Abstract: | As the psychological state of PSC testers affects directly the objectivity of test results,attention must be paid to the psychological factors that lead to the testing judgment 'soft standards.' This paper focuses on psychological characteristics of the testers,and analyzes such psychological factors as perception,attention,emotion,character,and other characteristics in order to find out ways of avoiding grading mistakes caused by 'soft standards'. |
