对青年“新失业群体”就业问题的思考

近几年,随着我国经济体制改革的深入,产业结构调整力度的加大以及上世纪70年代末80年代初出生的独生子女进入就业年龄,一个日益壮大的群体——青年“新失业群体”浮出水面。这一群体的出现,引起人们的普遍焦虑。因此,本文分析其产生的原因,谈谈解决问题的对策。

In recent years,with the economic system reformed and the industry structure adjusted in our country,an increasingly stronger Group called Neo-Youth Unemployment has been appearing because of singletons who were born in the late 1970s entering into the age of employment.This results in a public anxiety.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze its causes and work out a certain countermeasures.
