| 摘 要： | 《鬼谷子》游说术和决策术中,情报因素起了重要作用。在游说术中鬼谷善于利用虚假情报结合被说对象的心理,设计出有利于我的策略;在决策中善于抓住主要矛盾,从更大的战略目标入手,层层推向具体现实处境,激发创新潜能,具有现象学解释学方法的特点,但是鬼谷决策中也存在着实用主义缺陷。

| Abstract: | The intelligence factor plays a decisive role in canvassing tactics and decision-making tactics in "Book of Master Gui Gu".According to the canvassing tactics,Master Gui Gu is good at taking advantage of false information and the listener's psychology,so as to contrive favourable stratagems.In making decisions,he tries to handle the principal contradiction,aim at the greater strategic target,move towards a real situation,and bring out latent potentialities.His decisionmaking tactics embodies the characteristic of phenomenological hermeneutical methodology.The article also points out the pragmatical shortcomings in Gui Gu's decision-making. |
