现今的时代是一个彰显表述能力的时代，大学生表达能力的高低已经越来越受到用人单位的重视。通过调查采访以及材料总结分析，真实了解了大学生的语言表达能力和大学生就业二者之间的关系，探析影响大学生就业难及解决大学生就业难的个人主观因素，帮助大学生在短时间内提高求职面试技能，促进大学生就业。

Analysis of Relation between College Studont's Employment and Ability of Language Expression

Nowadays individual＇s oral expressive ability has been much more valuated in our society. Businesses are attaching more importance to the personal oral expressive ability when employing undergraduates. Based on our investigations and data analysis, we have acquired a better understanding of the oral expressive ability of the college students and identified its relationship with their success in job hunting. We have concluded that poor expressive ability is a major subjective bottleneck to prevent undergraduates from entering employment. Then we have developed a solution to this problem by helping the college students improve their oral expressive ability efficiently to ensure successes in job interviews.
