关于农民工职业教育的调查与理性思考

农村劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,是建设现代农业、解决"三农"问题、增加农民收入的重要途径,是统筹城乡发展的重要途径,是经济和社会发展的必然要求.通过对江西宜春市农村剩余劳动力流动就业状况进行的调查,发现农村劳动力素质普遍不高,缺乏劳动技能,严重影响了农村劳动力向非农产业和城镇的转移,农村劳动力难以在城镇实现稳定就业.

Investigation and Rational Thinking of the Vocational Education for Migrant Rural Workers

As a special group,migrant rural workers have great effect on economy and society.The authors of this paper have made a survey and analysis of the employment features of migrant rural workers in Yichun City of Jiangxi Province and found that the quality the surplus labor is generally low and skilled labor is lacked,which affects the transfer of rural labor to non-agricultural industries and urban areas.At last,they put forward some related suggestions.
