| 摘 要： | 高素质人才的培养,必须加大教学改革的力度,而高校教学改革,必须树立正确的学生观,尊重学生的主体意识,充分考虑学生的需要及其未来发展。在教学和管理过程中,运用灵活多样的教育手段,激发学生的主体意识和主观能动性,提高高等教育教学质量,培养大量的综合素质高、具有创造性的高级专门人才。

| Abstract: | In order to train high diathesis students,teaching reform must be carried out energetically.High school teaching reform should build up right students' view,regard their main body consciousness,and consider their needs and the future development.During teaching and administration,flexible and multiple teaching means should be applied,students' main body consciousness should be inspired,teaching quality should be im- proved.Then we can cultivate multiple high-rate specialists who have comprehensive diathesis and creativity. |
