| 摘 要： | 民间文学艺术,是世界各国人民民俗文化和传统习俗的重要表现形式,是一个国家文化遗产的重要组成部分。界定什么是民间文学艺术并对民间文学艺术进行法律保护,对于我国有着十分重要的意义。本文通过对民间文学艺术与其他文学艺术的比较以及和民间文学艺术作品等几个相似概念的区分,认为民间文学艺术是指由某个特定的群体集体创作,在世代流传过程中不断完善和发展,体现该群体的文化和社会特征的,能够以某种形式体现其艺术价值的文学、艺术、技术等领域的传统思想和信息。

| Abstract: | Folk literature & art is the important representation form of folk-custom culture and traditional convention for the people of various countries in the world. It is the important part of culture legacy of a country. To define what is folk literature & art and how folk literature & art should be protected is of great significance to China. This essay compares folk literature & art and other literature & art and differentiates similar concepts such as folk literature & art works, etc. It asserts that folk literature & art is collectively created by specific colony, keeps improving and developing in the spreading process from generation to generation, reflects the culture of the said specific colony and social features and it is the traditional thought and information in fields of literature, arts and technology able to show its artistic value in a certain form. |
