| 摘 要： | 在对农村中介组织网络构建的维度和影响因素进行界定和假设的基础上，提出了农村中介组织网络构建的策略模型。其中组织者和被组织者策略选择的首要因素是经济因素，市场买卖方和竞争者们很少考虑经济因素以外的其他因素，基层政府主要考虑政治因素。运用博弈论分析了农村中介组织网络构建策略的运行机制，发现只有有创新能力且有高可信程度的乡村成员才能在不同的博弈格局中胜出，成为农村中介组织网络构建的真正组织者。
