| Abstract: | Nowadays the competition of the world synthetic national power is actually competition of the scientific and technological innovation capability. Thus the construction of the scientific and technological innovation capability is very significant. Being the main force of the system of the national scientific and technological innovation, colleges and universities must grasp the sticking point and its fundamentality source of the innovation capability, improve its durability, stick to the principle of what one must do and what one must not, and closely connect the product with education and study. |
