| 摘 要： | 为了摸清江苏旅游人才资源总量、结构和素质状况,总结和分析旅游人才资源的规律和特点,制定＂十二五＂旅游人才规划,实施人才强旅战略、推动旅游强省建设、制定相关政策措施,本文利用GIS空间分析和数据统计的方法对江苏旅游就业人口人才密度、人口人才密度、面积人才密度等相关指标进行比较和分析,通过定量和定性两个方面指标分析显示,江苏旅游人才的空间分布状况,苏南地区人才各项指标多于苏北,但人才利用率较高的是苏中和苏南的个别地区。数据凸显江苏旅游人才空间分布呈现巨大的不平衡性。这种格局是自然环境、人文环境及经济发展水平等诸要素相互作用的结果,主导因素是经济发展的不平衡。
