| 摘 要： | "十一五"期间区域经济发展差距扩大的趋势有所减缓,但区域非均衡发展格局仍然未变,区域经济运行存在一些突出问题。"十二五"期间,要建立健全规范化的区域政策体系,注重区域政策的可操作,重视区域自我发展能力的培育,扶持问题区域发展,构建良好的区域利益协调机制。
