| 摘 要： | 西藏在2022以后步入老龄化社会,其现有老龄化的进程和速度要比全国平均水平缓慢。在积极老龄化的视阈下,充分发挥地方自治立法的优势,制定专门针对西藏社会老龄人口的地方性规章,完善相关的地方性立法,从而为应对老龄化带来的社会经济等方面的挑战,构建人人共享、不分年龄的西藏社会奠定坚实的法律基础。

| Abstract: | The aging population of Tibet's current speed and process is lower than the national average since in 2022.In the positive aging perspective,we must play a important role and as a huge advantages for use local self-government legislation,developing the special local regulations for the elderly,improving the relevant local legislation,so as to cope with an aging social and economic aspects challenge to lay a solid legal basis for Tibet society. |
