| 摘 要： | 通过对江苏农民集中居住区新移民的抽样调查表明,总体上,移民的社区归属感主要取决于移民社会适应能力、社区居住条件、社区邻里关系以及移民社会交往能力等因素。同时,移民的社区归属感还存在一定的个体差异。因此,需要提高移民社会适应能力,改善社区居住条件,增进社区邻里关系,拓展移民社会网络。
