| 摘 要： | 运用文献分析方法,提出了公共服务供给中的服务系统结构,静态地确定了公共服务供给过程中的服务元素及其价值诉求,进而对公共服务供给的基本模式进行了分类和解释,探讨了公共服务供给改善的途径,为研究公共服务供给问题提供了新的视角。

| Abstract: | Based on the review and analysis of research venation,this paper puts forward the service system structure in the public service supply and identifies the service elements and corresponding value pursuits.As well,the basic patterns of public service supply are classified with explanation and the value realization ways in the process are elaborated in this paper.This is a new perspective to study public service supply.At last,ideas and methods to improve the public service are presented. |
