| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯独立后,一直面临严重的人口危机,同时也有移民大批进入。俄罗斯的移民政策法规也在不断调整。中亚地区是俄罗斯主要的移民地区,已经形成了独特的劳务经济。劳务人员将对中亚国家国民经济、内政外交、经济结构以及自身的社会结构产生重要影响。

| Abstract: | Russian has been facing a serious demographic crisis after independence,while there are a large number of immigrants enter into Russia.Russia's migration policy and regulations have been adjusting continuously.Central Asia,as the Russia's major area of immigration,has formed a special labor economy.The labour of Central Asian countries has an important impact in the area of national economy,domestic and foreign affairs,economic structure and its social structures. |
