| 摘 要： | 论述了高素质的教师队伍是高质量教育的一个基础条件,转变教师教育观念,全面贯彻党的教育方针,加强教师师德建设,优化教师自身知识结构是当前推进我国素质教育发展的需要.教师队伍自身素质的高低直接关系到我院自身的生存与发展,也关系到我国21世纪素质教育能否健康发展.

| Abstract: | High quality teachers are one of the fundamental conditions for high quality education. To promote competence education requires converting teachers' notions of education, implementing the Party's educational principle, bettering teachers' teaching morals, and optimizing teachers' knowledge compositions. Teachers' qualities directly relate to the survival and development of the Institute and to health development of education in the twenty first century. |
