简论1968-1972年日本与苏联的关系

1968-1972年的国际大环境依然是美苏冷战在继续。在远东,1968年1月,苏联坦克部队进驻蒙古。1969年3月,苏军入侵中国珍宝岛。苏、日继续为“北方领土”问题争执,苏联称日、苏“领土问题已经解决”,但日本的当权者一再要求苏联归还“北方领土”。影响日苏关系的因素错综复杂,1972年1月,苏联外长访日表现出的对日友善是为了在外交上牵制中国,但美国总统尼克松的访华(1972.2)与日中关系正常化(1972.9)表明苏联未达到联日孤立中国的目的。

A Brief Discussion about the Relationship between Japan and Russia, 1968-1972

The general situation of the world between 1968 and 1972 was still characterized by the Cold War between United States and Russia.In January 1968,Russian tank force entered Mongolia.In March 1969,Russia invaded Chinese Treasure Island.The dispute between Russia and Japan on the Northern Territory was still there.Russia announced the territory issue was already solved,however,Japan authority repeatedly asked Russia to hand over the Northern Territory.The matters affecting the relationship between Japan and Russia became more complicated.In his visit to Japan,the Russian minister of Foreign Affairs showed a friendly attitude in order to hold China in a diplomatic way.However, the American president Nixon's visit to China in February,1972 and the normalization of the relationship between Japan and China showed that the Russian attempt to unite Japan to isolate China failed.
