| 摘 要： | 在我国社会现阶段的发展进程中,科技、经济和社会的发展将更多地依靠创新推动,创新发展是高校的第一要务。高校承担着培养创新人才的重要任务,要遵循创新发展的规律,提升微观制度的构建,完善内部治理,加强对外交流,以增强对创新的支持和保障力度。

| Abstract: | The development stage of China＆#39;s society has been made from catch-up to catching up,the development of science and technology,economy and society will rely more on innovation,and innovation and development is the first task of colleges and universities. This article mainly expounds the significance of the innovation and development in colleges and universities;Microscopic system building of university innovation ability ascension;The improvement of the university＆#39;s internal management;Colleges and universities must strengthen the external exchanges,enhance innovation support and guarantee. |
