| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年来,伴随着经济的高速增长和社会进步,在收入分配领域出现了一些不公现象,对构建社会主义和谐社会产生多方面的冲击,影响经济的健康运行,挑战政府的执政能力,导致人们心里失衡,影响共同富裕目标的实现和公平正义的彰显。

| Abstract: | Since more than 30 years of reform and opening, with the highly rapid economic growth and social progress in the field of income distribution, there has been some injustice, and it has produced multiple impact in many aspects of building the socialist harmonious society, such as the impact on the health of running economy, the challenge of the ability to govern for the government, the imbalance in peoplep＇ s mind, affecting the goal of common prosperity and the showing of fairness and justice. |
