摘    要:素质教育既是教育思想、教育理论问题,又是教育实践问题.目前,理论层面的研究已取得了丰硕成果,但在实践层面的具体操作上,还存在着诸多薄弱环节.加大素质教育的推进力度,必须加深广大教师对素质教育丰富内涵的理解,创造浓郁的实施氛围,从实践层面上切实解决如何操作问题,并发挥教师的主观能动作用.

Abstract:Quality education is a comprehensive educational problem concerning ideology, theory and practice. At present, we have scored great successes on theory, but there are some weak links at the level of practice. Therefore, it is highly advisable to strengthen the teachers' understanding of quality education, to create a favorable atmosphere for its implementation and to widen the scope for individual initiative. These countermeasures will contribute greatly to the deepening of quality education and help improve practical problem-solving abilities.
