| Abstract: | There exists a phenomenon in our society that the essential factors of producti on have been lying idle and it is liable to aggravate.Under the guidance of the br and-new value theory which were proposed at the 16th National Congress of the Co mmunist Party of China(CPC),We began to tackle this problem by taking effective measures to activate sedimentary resources to enhance the sustainable developmen t of economy and society. |
