| 摘 要： | 全球化的浪潮正冲击着民族国家的主权安全.在全球化进程中,以美国为首的西方发达资本主义国家操纵着全球化的主导权.为了对抗西方的文化霸权,我们应该审慎参与全球化进程,自觉维护国家文化安全,适应信息时代的要求,实现传统文化的现代转换,创新发展民族文化.

| Abstract: | The tidal waves of globalization are pounding the safety of national sovereignty. The developed countries in the west headed by the United States are holding sway in the process of globalization. We should handle it with care to enter the progress of globalization, be always on the alert of defending our national culture, adapt ourselves to the demand of information age so as to realize the transformation of our national culture towards modern culture, thus countering culture hegemony of the west. |
