论马克思产权理论的形态、过程及体系

本文联系马克思所有制和所有权理论分析了马克思产权理论的理论形态、理论展开过程，并对该过程形成的理论体系进行了文字和图形形式的梳理。目的在于揭示马克思产权理论的科学性，并便于加深对它的理解。马克思以对所有制的研究为切入点，通对财产所有权的全面研究。形成了独特的产权理论。该理论以历史唯物主义为哲学基础，运用抽象和实证两种方法分析了产权制度在不同社会历史阶段，尤其是在资本主义阶段的产生、调整、效率以及变迁。形成了科学完整、逻辑清晰的马克思产权理论。同时与马克思所有制及所有权理论形成统一的理论体系。

Study of Form, Process and System of Marx's Property Rights Theory

This paper studies the theoretical combining Marx＇s ownership theory and ownership form and development process of Marx＇s property rights theory by system theory, and analyzes the theoretical system formed in the protess in terms of characters and graphics in order to reveal the seicuing the understanding on it.Marx started with the research on ownership system and fully researched on it to form specific： property rights theory, which analyzed the birth, adjustment, efficiency and change of the ownership system in different historical phases, especially in capitalism phase, with abstract and empirical methods based on historical materialism. Complete, scientific and logical Marx＇s property rights theory was formed. Meanwhile, Marx＇s ownership syslem and ownership theories formed a uniform system.
