| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,当代高校思想政治教育实效性的提高迫切需要在运行机制上进行积极探索与优化。在当代,高校学生思想政治教育教育运行机制的优化,主要包括领导管理机制、教育机制、保障机制、评价机制、激励机制和督导机制的优化。
