| Abstract: | Based on the life cycle theory of technology and innovation and in combination with the characteristics technological innovations in enterprises,with an eye on non-self-consciousness,uncertainty of technological innovation and income non-monopoly,this article establishes the omni-directional enterprise three dimensional technological innovation system from enterprise's technical ability development phase,the innovation development phase and personnel structure of participates in the innovation enterprise. |
