| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着人们思想观念的转变和国家体制机制的放活,我国的私营经济快速发展,其中珠三角和长三角私营经济始终领跑全国,而东北老工业基地在经受了国有企业改革的洗礼后,也开始把着力点放在了私营经济的发展上.但经过这些年的发展,东北地区的私营经济纵向看取得了不小的成就,但横向比差距却越来越大.笔者从制约东北私营经济发展的原因入手,提出加快老工业基地私营经济发展的路径选择.
