| 摘 要： | 在当前市场经济快速发展、高校毕业生规模不断扩大、就业制度改革正在进行的大背景下,高校应该用科学发展观和系统方法来构建科学的毕业生就业长效机制,不断创新工作机制,完善服务体系,培育文化氛围,提高毕业生就业能力,引导毕业生树立科学的就业观念,努力实现充分就业、人职匹配、人尽其才。
