新就业大学毕业生的住房保障问题

住房问题是世界性难题,大多数国家将之列为基本的社会政策而非纯粹发展经济的手段。新就业大学毕业生作为住房的"夹心层"群体中的成员,面临商品房价格高与自身购买力低的矛盾。长期以来,商品房供应结构与需求结构不对称、国家住房保障制度没有覆盖到新就业的大学毕业生,而就他们的收入而言,也不属于廉租房的保障对象,因而需要政府干预,构建阶层化的住房梯度消费秩序,调整住房供应结构,重点发展中小户型、中低价位的普通商品住房,以满足"夹心层"的住房需求。

Analysis of Housing Security Problem of Newly Employed College Graduates

Housing problem is a global problem and is considered as a basic social policy rather than a means of pure economic growth.Newly employed college graduates who are known as "sandwiched members" are not able to afford pricy houses mainly because of their low purchasing power.The supplying structure of commercial houses has long failed to satisfy the demand structure.Moreover,the national housing security system does not cover newly employed college graduates.With regard to their income,they are not granted rights to enjoy cheap renting houses.In this case,governments are expected to make efforts to establish a stratified housing gradation consumption order and adjust housing supplying structure.More importantly,priority should be given to developing medium and small size,moderate and low price commercial houses so as to fulfill their housing needs.
